Webzion's mother, sushi staples, 38, stands accused of concealing the death of her child, who was found dead in a garbage can in the garage of the family's rock island.

Staples was taken into custody for concealment of death and obstruction of justice, police said in a thursday.

Webthe cause of death was based on the boy's preliminary autopsy.
