Shreveport bossier animal rescue is a 501c3 non profit rescue that provides care, shelter, and adoption services for cats and kittens in our area.

We take in pets when their owners pass away, rescue strays in dire situations, help find homes for pets when their owners face life challenges, and save dogs that are specifically on the euthanasia list.

We rescue cats from local animal control shelters and occasionally take owner surrenders, circumstances depending.

Many of the pets we save are strays.

Because of supporters like you, we are able to save hundreds of lives each year.

Also, we provide funds for neutering, spaying, and other veterinary care.

What do i do if i've lost or found an animal?

Above all, you will save the life of the pet you adopt, and you will create space for another life to be saved.
